We are looking for a Customer Success Technical Specialist (2nd line Support Engineer) for ensuring a positive experience using our product – project management platform “Easy Projects”.

Key responsibilities:

Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve both technical and functional problems
Implement 3-rd party systems integration via Zapier
Assist support team with customer onboarding and data migration
Assist with development and maintenance of internal knowledge base
Work with engineering and development teams as needed to move issues toward resolution


Software support/customer service experience
Basic knowledge of С#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, Python
Work experience with databases, specifically MS SQL Server
Experience with Zapier is welcome
Technical experience working for a SaaS company and with web-based software applications would be a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, troubleshooting skills
Excellent spoken and written English
